Basic English Class

Greeting!  My name is Anyi Paola Tavarez I'm 19 years old I live in San Pedro de MacorĂs municipality Quisqueya
and I study basic English at the Universidad Central del Este with the teacher Leidy De la Cruz in the period September-December.

Unit 1
We worked with the book interchange-intro-workbook and the first thing was to do the exercises it's nice to meet you.

In this unit I learned about different forms of greeting, informal as hi!  and formal as good morning, good night among others.
Also of the corresponding ways of saying his hers, his hers, mine, yours and so on.

Another thing we learned was about numbers, there was an exercise in which we had to place the numbers corresponding to the names that were in the exercise, in the classroom the teacher put us to translate those numbers and do it on the board.

What would i like to improve...
I would very much like to improve on the numbers to know how they are written and the pronunciation, also on how to have a conversation at least of my presentation with another person and ask questions of that other person.

Unit 2
in unit two we test some pronouns and the verb 'to be' we continue working.  The second part was approaching and the teacher left us several exercises corresponding to this unit.
I would like to improve the demonstrative pronoun of this unit, when it is this or that and when it is these or those.

Unit 3

Here we work the nationalities, the teacher left exercises on placing where the different cities are located, also completing conversations and about the dress.

We knew how some countries are translated and how they are written in English, also what a person from a certain country would be called.  This unit 3 of the book is;  where are you from ?.

Some aspects to improve would be the pronunciation and knowing how to ask the origin of him, her etc.

Unit 4

In unit 4 the present progressive was treated both positively and negatively, it was also about the weather, the different times of the year and how they are hot, cold etc.  In this, the teacher sent us to make a video of all the topics given.
About the present continuous that the teacher always told us an example that was about the colors that pink is not pink without red and white, and that in this there must first be the sub+to be+gerund (verb + ing).
From this unit I would like to learn more about the present continuous and the verbs to which the ing is placed by taking away some letters and those that are not.

Unit 5

Well in this we learned about adjectives and pronouns about his, hers, them, us.  With the exercises that the teacher left I knew the difference of my and mine, and that hers may be different or very different hers and her that a simple s can change the thing.  Besides that I liked knowing that and as the teacher explained. In addition, in this unit we reinforce what clothing was, that is, the wearing that a certain person is wearing, such as affirming and denying.

Suggestion
I would particularly like the teacher to speak more Spanish, although something I like is that she makes many signs, many gestures and that makes her understand the class better.  I only have that suggestion to speak more Spanish.

I liked this kind of much, I learned basic things that I did not know, I really liked the teacher's way since she always sought to participate going to the blackboard, making talks with our fellow etcs.đź’—đź’—đź’—
